At River Valley Skilled Nursing & Therapy, our atmosphere is described as compassionate, friendly, and welcoming. We have a cozy feel that is clean and comfortable. We’re dedicated to treating our residents with the same care we’d want for our own parents, and our staff's behavior reflects this commitment. Our tenure is really great; with many team members having served 20 years or more. As a 100% employee-owned facility, we take pride in our ESOP program and the VA contract that sets us apart as the only provider in the area.

 We also have a spectacular team. With a 5-star CMS rating and a ACHL Bronze Award highlighting our dedication to exceptional care, we bring in talent. We’re very proud of our Food Committee where residents speak directly with dietary managers about their wants and needs. We have an amazing wound care nurse who is consistent, reliable, and incredibly gifted in her craft. We have an excellent case manager with over 18 years of experience. Should we go on?
